The client is responsible for fees for the website; both the Hosting Server and Domain Name. The developer, ( BC Web Service) agrees to maintain your website on your hosting server so that it is visible on the World Wide Web.
The developer also agrees to provide unlimited updates to the client's website for the schedule period of the contract. These updates will be done in a timely manner.
If you need help I offer full customer support for all developed websites. Please contact me either by phone or email if there are any questions or concerns about your website.
Copyright: The use of any photos used on your website must be done via copyright permission with who ever is the owner of said photo
Your domain name and any passwords do belong to you, the client, and I as web developer I will disclose those should we end our working relationship.
